Ten easiest ways to get to a million dollars

 These are the ten easiest ways that I can think of to get to a million dollars. Obviously, none of these ways are truly easy, but they beat the 401k route. Here's the list:

• Win a million-dollar pitch competition. 
• Find a rich equity/debt investor.
• Make, on average, 10k a year until 100. 
• Get a million-dollar book advance. 
• Make a hot game or comic franchise. 
• Make a hot invention.
• Read a thousand more books. 
• Read 5 books a year, each multiple times. 
• Live in the United States (seriously).
• Be yourself (really).

These are the "easiest" things I can do. I may want to make a list of the hardest things I can do as well. That would be nice.
