Incorporation! Again?

It is official. John 4 Entertainment LLC has been born on this day, February 20th 2023, which is also my 38th birthday. There are several reasons why I have re-incorporated:

1. It's wildly inexpensive.
2. There is tremendous upside.
3. This is the best time to start for me.
4. I learned a lot from my previous failure.
5. It was my first birthday debt-free (I had to celebrate).

This will not be easy. But I'm glad that I got to live long enough to see this day. Now, I have to start applying for business grants.
